MULTIPLE COMPETITIONS

From June 24th to 26th, Marseille's bowl will be the headquarters for the world's best bowl skaters. The smooth curves of the Prado Skate Park have proven appealing as it hosts one of the two European stages of the AIS Skateboarding World Cup. On the sea (& air) side, kitesurfers will gather from June 24th to 26th for the Big Air competition. The goal is simple: to jump as high and as long as possible over the waters. From June 22nd to 25th, Matthias Dandois, a four-time world champion, has invited the most skilled riders to compete on the 200 m2 flat land, a wooden area where they can showcase their talent. French and international windsurfers will defy the elements to perform breathtaking maneuvers at Escale Borély from June 22nd to 26th. Sea (stars?) like Adrien Bosson, Julien Mas, and Sarah Quita Offring will notably be present at the Windmeet Freestyle Tour. Stand Up Paddleboarding evokes the idyllic image of a sunset cruise in the Pacific islands… The public can learn to paddle and also try SUP Yoga and/or compete with discipline pros. Pro SUPers or amateur paddlers will navigate around 4 buoys before returning to Bonneveine Beach, the starting and finishing point of the Technical Race.

The SFC also includes a place for fitness by incorporating the Roxy Fitness Tour. The global outdoor fitness tour will be offered to women on June 26th. The program includes a bit of beach yoga to stretch before the 6 km run. Participants can also continue with the 2 km Stand Up Paddle (SUP) race. With Sunsets evenings (6 PM - 11 PM), each freestyle day will be filled with a final musical touch… "on the sandy ground, head bathed in the golden rays of the sun" (freestyle!). At the pinnacle of the event on June 23rd, Fun Radio and the SFC will launch the Party Fun Live. Bob Sinclar, Big Ali, Benny Benassi, and many others will perform from 7 PM to midnight.
