ESPIGUETTE BEACH

Located south of Port-Camargue and Le Grau-du-Roi, the wildest beach in Gard stretches over more than 18 kilometers. The dunes reach heights of up to ten meters. The naturist beach is located to the left of the Espiguette lighthouse, near the sandy coves.

Note: The paid parking lot (near the naturist beach) costs 6€ per day. Alternatively, you can park at the first free parking lot further north on Espiguette Beach, but it will require some walking.

EASTERN BEACHES, SAINTES-MARIES-DE-LA-MER

Part of the Camargue National Reserve, the Eastern Beach of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer is a wild beach. The long beach stretches for several kilometers. The naturist section is located 1 km after the beginning of the seawall.

Note : The beach has sandy terrain. It takes a 30-minute walk from the parking lot to reach it. Bicycles are allowed. Parking is subject to a fee during the season. Dogs are allowed after the seawall. You can rent beach mats there. During the season, the beach is supervised.

PIÉMANSON BEACH

Located between the mouth of the Rhône and the Beauduc lighthouse, the Piémanson Beach is a wild site. The sandy naturist beach is located 1 km from the rescue center, on the left side towards the Rhône. There is a cabin belonging to the naturist club that marks the beginning of the beach. The beach is officially recognized by the French Naturist Federation (FFN).

Note: The free parking is open from 6 am to 10 pm. While it used to be a popular spot for wild camping until 2015, camping is now strictly prohibited. In summer, Piémanson Beach has a lifeguard station. If coming from Port-Saint-Louis, it is recommended to take the ferry to avoid going around.

BONNIEU NATURIST BEACH IN MARTIGUES

About 200 meters after the Bonnieu cove, a sign indicates the naturist center. At the entrance, there is a large parking lot and a snack bar. Bonnieu naturist beach (different from Bonnieu Beach) features a playground for children, a petanque court, picnic tables, showers, and toilets. The beach has been officially recognized by the French Naturist Federation since 1975.

Note : Access to the beach is only possible with a French Naturist Federation card. The beach has pebbles.

LA DUGUE BEACH IN ENSUÈS-LA-REDONNE

The nudist beach is located next to the La Redonne port. It is more of a beach where naturism is tolerated.

Note : In practice, nudists rarely go there.

ATHÉNORS CALANQUE IN ENSUÈS-LE-REDONNE

The calanque is located between the La Redonne port and the Figuières calanque. The water is very clear. Nudism is tolerated.

Note : The wild beach is pebbly. Watch out for sea urchins! We recommend wearing shoes while swimming.

LIOUQUET BEACH IN LA CIOTAT

The beach is located below the Liouquet corniche between La Ciotat and Saint-Cyr. Access is via stairs. Certain areas are prohibited due to the risk of landslides.

Note : The wild beach is made up of pebbles. Parking spaces (along the roadside) are scarce in summer.

JONQUET NATURIST BEACH IN LA SEYNE-SUR-MER

These are beautiful natural spots reserved for naturists. The stunning wild cove is located beneath a cliff. The water is translucent, and the beach is scattered with rocks.

Note : Please note that accessing the cove can be difficult, especially in summer when the Corniche Varoise is closed.

BŒUF BEACH IN LA SEYNE-SUR-MER

This wild pebble beach can be reached by parking at the Bœuf air parking lot. Stairs lead down to the beach.

Note : The beach is predominantly frequented by naturists. The access can be challenging, so be careful not to slip and watch out for loose rocks.

MITRE BEACHES AND CREEKS

Follow the trail on the right from the entrance to find the naturist area of Toulon: near the former "Militaires" beach, at the bottom of the stairs after the rocks.

Note : Parking is very difficult. It is recommended to park at the Tour Royale parking lot for easier access. The beach is supervised during the season.

BASSE BATTERY BEACH IN TOULON

The beach is located between the Mourillon beaches and Anse Méjean. There are many rocks and shaded areas. The coves and beaches are covered in gravel or pebbles. Although the practice is prohibited, some naturists still go to the 3rd and 4th coves from the coastal path.

Note : Parking is free.

THE CRIQUES OF MONACO IN LE PRADET

Since 2016, the Monaco coves in Le Pradet are officially naturist. The beach offers a beautiful view of the Toulon bay.

Note : Showers and a first aid station are available on the main beach (non-naturist). Parking at Chemin des Bonnettes (near the beach) is charged at 2.50€ in summer. You can also park at the Pin de Galle beach parking lot.

BAU ROUGES BEACH IN CARQUEIRANNE

Bau Rouges Beach is the only beach in Carqueiranne. The scenery is magnificent and the water is very clear.

Note : There are smooth rocks where you can sunbathe. Access is difficult.

PENTAGON BEACH IN HYÈRES

Pentagon Beach (or Salins Beach) is a large beach. 500m from the port (to the left), there is a designated naturist area spanning 250m (alongside the pine trees). It is managed by the Amicale de la plage naturiste des Vieux Salins de Hyères.

Note : Parking is free. The beach is located near the city center.

LAYET BEACH IN LE LAVANDOU

Located in a sheltered cove, this beach in the Var region is accessed via a steep marked path.

Note : Parking can be difficult. Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
