In this new kind of shopping center, you'll find the budget-friendly brands we all know, like H&M, Bershka, or Bata. The Printemps brand is also present here, as well as an Apple store located on the floor that gives you a magnificent view of the ocean. The two floors of Terrasses du Port will allow you to escape and browse through different style boutiques before returning to explore Marseille. Even better, the diversity of boutique styles is the shopping center's greatest strength. You'll find brands that are still relatively unknown in France and in Marseille, such as Uniqlo or Bluelobster. Concept stores, also very rare in traditional shopping centers, have opened their doors, like the highly regarded Citadium, the "place to be" for hipsters, geeks, and other fans of "urban-cool" style.

Whether you fancy Japanese, a burger, Asian, pasta, or just a quick bite, you'll definitely find a place that tickles your fancy. Know that the restaurants located on the upper floor mostly have a particularly pleasant sea view when the weather is nice. Facing the sea, the ballet of cruise ships creates a pleasant visual entertainment, the cry of seagulls, and the scorching sun complete the scene. A very appreciable point: enough reclining chairs have been set up for sunbathing.

And for a snack, you can indulge in ice cream, chocolates, sweets, or even a coffee from Starbucks. You may not have known this, but in the evening, the roof of the shopping center turns into a particularly popular 3,000 m2 rooftop. With the arrival of good weather, from May to September, the rooftop becomes the favorite place for Marseille evenings. It offers an incredible view of the port and the bay of Marseille. An environmentally friendly approach

The construction of the Terrasses du Port was part of an overall eco-construction approach respecting the Grenelle environment. This initiative was rewarded during its design with the BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. In June 2015, the National Council of Shopping Centers awarded the prize for the best creation of a shopping center to the Terrasses du Port! The selection committee praised the "architectural audacity and accessibility" of the Marseille shopping center.

Moreover, the shopping center's parking lot, with 2600 spaces, is equipped with recharging stations for electric cars as well as spaces reserved for carpooling. Outside, an ecological garden and photovoltaic panels have been installed to further this ecological approach.
