The M1 line of the Marseille metro was the first in the city. M2 LINE OF THE MARSEILLE METRO | BOUGAINVILLE ⇋ SAINTE-MARGUERITE-DROMEL

The M2 line of the Marseille metro connects 12 stations over 8.8 km: Sainte-Marguerite-Dromel ⇋ Rond-Point du Prado ⇋ Périer ⇋ Castellane ⇋ Notre-Dame du Mont ⇋ Noailles ⇋ Saint-Charles ⇋ Jules Guesde ⇋ Joliette ⇋ Désirée Clary ⇋ National ⇋ Bougainville. The new Capitaine Gèze - La Cabucelle station will soon be added to the M2 line. The M2 line was inaugurated in 1984 by Gaston Defferre.

FARES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS OF THE MARSEILLE METRO

Whether you're traveling one way, round trip, for a month, or with others, buy the card or subscription that suits your needs at Metro and Tramway vending machines, RTM points of sale at Saint Charles and Espace Clients Bourse, and authorized RTM sellers!

Occasional Travel: Fares

1-ride ticket (solo) : €1.70. The 1-ride ticket allows 1 hour of connection but only one metro ride.

2-ride ticket : €3.40. This ticket allows for 2 rides with connections across the entire RTM network.

10-ride ticket : €15 (+ €0.10). This ticket allows for 10 rides with connections across the entire RTM network.

Group 4-person ticket : €4.90. A ticket that combines 4 transport tickets for 4 people.

XL 24h Pass : €5.20. Valid for 24 hours from the first validation on the RTM and Transmétropole network.

XL 72h Pass : €10.80. Valid for 72 hours from the first validation on the RTM and Transmétropole network.

City Pass : (€24 for 24h / €31 for 48h / €39 for 72h) Move around Marseille while enjoying tourist services. You can purchase the City Pass at the Tourist Office, at "Citypass" vending machines at the Vieux-Port and Gare Saint-Charles stations, and also at the Port vending machine located at the entrance of the cruise ship terminal.

The Permanent XL Pass is a monthly subscription with a minimum duration of 12 months. Prices:
